Choose any box you like and JUMP a total of (100/80) meters!
That’s 3937 inches of total jumps for Guys and 3149 for Gals.
So for example, Guys that use a 24″ box will jump 164 times, Gals using a 20″ box will jump 157 times! Taller box equals fewer jumps though!
